Turtur chalcospilos
Emerald-spotted wood-dove / Smaragdfläckduva

This is a juvenile Emerald-spotted wood-dove - hard to recognize because it lacks the adult bird's "emerald spots". Adult birds are more uniformly grayis, with blue-green, shiny spots on the wings. The most characteristic feature of the species, howver, may be the orange undersides of the wings - which of course are only visible in flight. It is often seen in trees, like in the picture, but it always feeds on the ground.
