For me, and many others interested in nature, the Galapagos Islands are heavily associated with the so-called Darwin finches. Therefore, I devoted a good deal of this journey to find and photograph finches. This being so, I came home with quite a number of pictures of finches... This female Medium ground-finch seems to be on its way back to the nest with a little padding.

För mig, och många andra naturintresserade är Galapagosöarna stark förknippade med de s.k. 'darwinfinkarna'. Därför ägnade jag en stor del av den här resan till att hitta och fotografera finkar. Det blev några stycken... Den här honan av mellandarwinfink tycks vara på väg till boet med litet polstring.
